📍 New York City, NY | 🕒 Hybrid Role

We are currently seeking a talented and bright Hybrid Voice Support/Pre-sales Engineer to join our team and provide high-quality technical support to our financial clients including banks, hedge funds, and brokers in New York City. This hybrid role requires strong technical acumen, customer focus, technical trouble shooting, and the ability to work both remotely and onsite.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 voice support for clients in fast-paced financial trading environments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dealer boards, voice recording systems, and other trading floor technologies.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and support to meet SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for both on-premises and cloud-based systems.
  • Maintain accurate logs, document technical issues, and track resolution progress through ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Participate in a rotating on-call schedule for after-hours support (as needed).
  • Receive comprehensive training on all aspects of dealer board and voice recording systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical support, preferably in voice technologies or trading floor environments.
  • Familiarity with VoIP, SIP, PBX systems, and voice recording platforms.
  • Dealerboard support experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or similar) and hybrid deployments.
  • Experience supporting financial clients is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a hybrid work setting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and based in or near New York City.
  • Provide field support when required, but most issues can be done remote.
