BT’s Trading team designs, delivers and supports unified communications solutions for mission critical users in the financial markets, utilities services, transportation and logistics sectors.

TouchPro, TouchProM, FlexPro and FlexCom all share a common user interface, provided by the Unified Communicator (TUC) software. This is licenced per user for 3, 10 or 30 channels. The application screen includes space for “applets” that can be selected from a menu as part of the configuration. Individual user and team profiles are fully supported so traders can login, access and view both their own and the team’s configuration. The touch screen gives visibility of colleague’s activities and actions such as call barging.

BT Trading’s soft turret – FlexPro, provides traders with the full capabilities of the TouchPro physical turret via a soft client when they are remote. A remote trader will experience an identical user interface, when they login with their normal credentials. They’ll be presented with and see the configuration profile they’re familiar with in the office. For security and ease of deployment, BT Trading is enabling the FlexPro solution to be compatible with remote access technologies such as: Zscalar, Citrix and Windows Virtual Desktop.

In response to growing market demand, Linx is delivering an integrated trader voice solution seamlessly combined with the Linx Cloud platform. This offering delivers the full functionality of the BT trading application via BT Touch Pro and Flex Pro, while incorporating robust resiliency through hot standby architecture, advanced security with end-to-end encryption, and dedicated software and server instances. The solution is fully compliant with industry regulations, ensuring operational integrity without compromising performance.
